Emergency work is answered around the clock, every day of the year. A person picks up, tells you what to shut off, and gives you a real arrival window.
Smell gas? Leave the house, do not touch a switch, and call your gas utility from outside first. They make the property safe at no charge - we handle the repair afterwards.
What counts as an emergency
- A pipe has burst, or water is running where you cannot stop it
- Sewage is backing up into a basement or a lower-level fixture
- The water heater is leaking from the tank itself
- There is no water at all in the house
- The sump pump has failed and it is still raining
A dripping faucet, one slow drain or a running toilet you can shut off at the valve will keep until morning - and cost less then. We would rather say so.

Most companies advertising plumbing here also sell furnaces, air conditioning and electrical. We sell one trade, to one kind of customer, and we would rather tell you where our work stops than pretend it doesn't.

Heating, cooling and air
We do not sell or service furnaces, air conditioning or ductwork. Call an HVAC contractor - and notice that nobody here has a reason to tell you your furnace looks old.
Electrical work
Water heater and disposal circuits included. If a repair needs electrical work, we will tell you exactly what to ask a licensed electrician for.
Commercial buildings
Residential only, on purpose. It is why we know central Ohio housing stock by build year rather than by fixture catalogue.
Water damage restoration
We stop the water and document the failure. Drying, demolition and mould remediation belong to a restoration contractor, and we will point you at one.
How we price
You see the number before we start
Nobody enjoys watching a stranger work while a meter runs. We quote the job instead.
You get the price before the work
Every job is quoted before anything is opened, ordered or removed. That holds at 2am the same as it holds on a Tuesday morning.
Estimates on non-emergency work are free
Diagnostic visits - where the job is working out what is wrong - are quoted up front too, so there is never a running clock you cannot see.
Typical ranges are published on each service page
Drain cleaning, leak detection, repiping and the rest each carry an honest cost section. What moves your number is access, materials and what we find.
One licensed plumber, start to finish
No commissioned salesperson walks the job and hands it to somebody else. The person quoting is accountable for the work.
